Our Furniture Packages are designed as a complete, designer-led solution rather than simply a collection of furniture. Depending on the scope, your package may include furniture, rugs, artwork, mirrors, lighting, bed linen, cushions, throws, decorative accessories and styling pieces, together with the design, sourcing, procurement, supplier coordination, receiving, quality checking, delivery coordination and final installation.

No. While we specialise in complete home packages, we can also create Furniture Packages for selected rooms or key areas of the home.

Absolutely. Our Furniture Package service is collaborative, and you will have the opportunity to review and approve each proposed selection before any orders are placed.
If there are particular pieces, brands or items you already own or would like us to consider, we are happy to incorporate these into the design process where appropriate.
Once Osborne & Co. has sourced and specified an item as part of your Furniture Package, however, that selection forms part of our design work and procurement service. Specified items are therefore intended to be purchased through Osborne & Co. rather than sourced or purchased independently.
This protects the integrity of the overall design, allows us to manage supplier relationships, pricing, lead times, quality control and installation, and ensures responsibility for the finished result remains clear.

For a complete Furniture Package, we generally recommend allowing approximately 4 to 5 months from design commencement through to installation.
Timelines vary depending on the scope, supplier availability, custom or made-to-order pieces and current furniture lead times. Engaging us early gives us the greatest flexibility with selections and allows the installation to be planned around your preferred move-in, settlement or handover date.

Yes. Our Furniture Package service is designed to take the stress of sourcing and logistics off your hands.
We coordinate supplier orders, procurement, delivery timing and installation, with items received and managed in preparation for the final install. This creates a much more streamlined experience than coordinating multiple furniture suppliers and deliveries yourself
Installation day is when the complete design comes together. Our team coordinates the delivery, assembly and placement of your furniture, styling pieces and accessories. Beds are steamed and dressed, rugs positioned, artwork and decorative pieces installed where included, and each space is styled and refined.
We also manage the practical details that come with a full furniture installation, including unpacking, assembly, removal of packaging, boxes and installation-related rubbish, so you are not left with the clean-up afterwards. The aim is for you to walk into a home that feels complete, cohesive and ready to enjoy, rather than a house full of furniture boxes waiting to be assembled, arranged and cleared away.

It allows for the design time required to create the overall concept, carefully source and present each individual piece, refine selections through the approval process, and ensure every element works cohesively within your home.
It also incorporates the extensive behind-the-scenes management required to bring everything together, including procurement, ordering, supplier liaison, freight and shipping allowances, order tracking, receiving, quality checking, storage and delivery coordination.
When installation day arrives, our team manages the final assembly and placement of furniture, artwork installation where included, bed dressing, styling, and the removal of packaging and installation-related rubbish.
